It is looking great!
1. Quick couple ideas...put Badab Black wash on those vases to tone down the sand then dry brush lightly with Deneb Stone.
2. Do that Fire Prism Thing to all the Vehicles it looks very cool.
3. Add a bit more bright color to Harli's but not to much they are extreme remember .
4. Keep going! This is the perfect next 6 weeks it called Escalation for just this reason!

cool vehicle design, im not sure if its the camera angle but it looks a little wobbly? i would suggest maybe a combo of the to paint schemes for you vehicles. have the big epic logo on it but where its just black still have the blue in the cracks.

and i agree with Kangor more colour on the harlequins, add some more reds pinks and and checkers always look good on them. if your struggling look at photos of clowns on the internet.

removed all the markings except for the hatch....

btw i actually fancy the blue inks on the recesses...reminds me of "automan" an old sci-fi flick. it makes the black more "digitized" IMO

in that case i would use grey,black,white,purple,pink and blue for the clowns. yellow is just..off

Yellow is quite off but you could use something close to that.

yellow and green combi reminds me of Link (Zelda) lol

though your color scheme gives the harlequins a more sinister look IMHO yellow is not bad for a contrast i think .... juz try to use them at minimal or in a non - prominent area. swarmlords suggestion would look nice too i guess

Those are glorious vehicles, it makes me want to start an eldar army all over again(i get to many random ideas).

If trevor dis allows you from anguard coz of religion thats abit discimitive so i think he'll let it slide.

Yeah it was a close game. it sucks that i forgot to use my rune priests psychic block against your farseer, would have saved me a whole lot of wounds. And was really unlucky that I lost my 15 man blood claw squad when they ran of the board thanks to you tank shocking me.

Ok, as I started my Eldar army I can now comment on this :)

Take only one power on your Farseer, unless you take stones to cast 2 powers a turn.
I would recommend keeping Doom only. (20 pts spared)

Your FD squad is perfectly fitted, so is their Wave Serpent.

Those harlequins should be Banshees, only due to not being in a transport. The troupe Master is needed only if you take the Power Weapon, otherwise just give kiss to a regular boy. (16 pts spared)

Those DA squads should be reduced to 5 guys each, and remove the Exarch. The Exarch is useful when you have 10 of them, where his power will affect the game greatly (and so is less costly per model). Here you are making an objective-capping squad very expensive, nothing else. So remove the Exarch and his blade storm. Go for 5 men in each squad OR 10 men in each, in-between is a always a loss.
One additional Weapon is enough on the DA's serpents, any more and you are again increasing their juiciness to get killed. Remove the cannon in this case, the EML is just sweet. You DO however need spirit stones. (86 pts spared if you take the spirit stones).

The falcon is very very expensive in that form, so is any falcon because we tend to take Holofields. Now is that weapon platform (Pulse Laser) really worth those points? specially at BS3? I'd say replace it with a simple Fire Prism+spirit stones. It would save you tons of points (50 pts). But it's a matter of preference and the Falcon is a very valid option (try to keep it cheap if possible).

Now what to do with all those points we shaved off? (172 pts). Well that's another squad of DA+Wave Serpent (yay!)

Remember that the minute we get out of our transports, we're KFC :)

Whislt I have little idea about this army having never played against it, as an opponent I would take out the two small troop squads making it hard for you to win,  to me that looks like a large weakness.

I imagine the firepower of the other units is pretty impressive though.
