I was looking for some inspiration from Cool minis or not and I found a stunning pic of an imperial guard commisar with a gas mask on, it was absolutely stunning. Reminds me of the Nazi's and stuff like that and I think they're pretty cool. They didn't seem to sell in GW though and I found out recently that they're only available in Forgeworld...
So~~ since I can't order online, any idea's on how to convert a regular imperial guard to a death korps? a tutorial would be nice :D
GW made a Commisar with a gas mask as well for the Steel Legion, which is an army based on the planet Armagedon. They played a large role in the campaign and novels of Armagedon. This is an OP model. Also Kreig has models as you well know, but probably not a Commisar. Your best bet would be to use a head from one of the storm troopers, or Karsakin models and go from there. green stuff would be a good choice as well but will require some modeling skill. There are also 3rd party miniatures that sell WW I style heads. If I am not mistaken Grand Master Telos is using these for his GK Storm Troopers and he might have a spare? He is/was a PNS Friday regular??

If only pns sells forgeworld stuff... but yeah I'll look into it, converting one is a lot harder than I thought. Still when I looked at the forgeworld DK, its... very expensive... 10 guys for 36eu? damn...

You can always put green stuff on the face and a long layer of it in the clothes :D
pigiron productions do some very nice krieg style models for much lower prices
